The Enterprise Centre
Located in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, the
Centre provides 9000 sq.ft of
business space and associated conference and cafe
facilities. A traditional procurement approach was
adopted and plans exist for future expansion. Contract
value for phase 1 was approximately £1.3m.
Ford & Slater
BD+M are working with
Ford & Slater in the procurement of a new truck
dealership in Lincolnshire.

Healthcare
Since 1994, BD+M have consistently provided services to
the healthcare sector. The projects have included the
extensive configuration of services programmes for the NHS
at a major hospital, doctors surgeries and pharmacies. The
values range from £250k to £3m.
National Construction
College
During the year 2000, BD+M
received a long term commission to develop a masterplan for
a 300 acre existing facility at Bircham Newton. The ongoing
project incorporates the design and construction of
facilities which include student accommodation, sports and
leisure facilities, business accommodation and housing.

prepared for a new Function and Breakfast Suite at The
Birches Conference Centre
Business¦Conference¦Hotel¦Leisure
An early commission for the project management,
architectural and interior design works associated with the
extensive refurbishment and extension to Hotel Jerbourg in
Guernsey, signalled an ongoing involvement in this sector.
Current commissions include works at Spey Bay Hotel &
Golf Centre in Scotland and the redevelopment of a 10 acre
site in Norfolk to provide business, conference and hotel
style accommodation.

There has been a noticeable increase in enquiries from
landowners wishing to appraise the potential of their estate
holdings. BD+M have developed a procedure to assist their
Clients in the evaluation process.
